Description
Bill Proudfoot is the Master of Crafting Guilds for Brockenborings in the Shire. He is found at the craft-fair by the weapon traders.
A Master of Crafting Guilds allows crafters to join a crafting guild and directs them to the selected Guild-hall for further instructions and training.
