Location
Big Staddlemere is a landmark within Chetwood in Bree-land. [30.7S, 48.6W]
Just north-east of Staddle and at the foot of the Crumbled Court is found this quite big lake. At its north-eastern end it empties through the Staddle Falls, but in spite of both names it is well within the area of Chetwood. It is assumed that via its outlet some underground water system makes this lake a major contributor to the Midgewater Marshes.
It is rumoured that fishing is good in these waters.
