Effects
Using this skill applies Benediction of the Raven to the target. The Fire Mitigation debuff is doubled to 20% if 
Catmint is used before it. On a critical hit, the Dizzy debuff can be applied as well.
Tactical Information
As most of the damaging Lore-master skills inflict Fire damage, this skill increases the Lore-master's damage greatly (especially when used in combination with 
Sticky Tar). In a group, it can also be useful if there are a lot of Rune-keepers traited down the Cleansing Fires line or Hunters using Fire-oil.
