Location
Amon Mîn, located in the Windfells in Enedwaith, was once a northern fortress of Gondor along the North-south Road. It has long since fallen into ruin since the decline of Gondor, much like the nearby fortresses of Harndirion and Ost Dunhoth. Amon Mîn is now occupied by Dunlending deserters of Saruman's armies.
The ranger Saeradan is encamped on the slopes below the fortress as the Grey Company moves south.
