I hadn't decided myself, which is why I left it in such a half-finished state, heh. I figured putting the tag on it would be a good enough temporary solution, letting people know that some of the information was out of date. That said, if you're familiar with the skill, go ahead and update it! :) I was reluctant to delete the tactical info wholesale because I didn't know if it was totally off-base now, or if some of it remained relevant to the present state of the skill. That said, it's been a while since Fin came this way on the wiki, so I don't expect a new revision from him very soon - might be best for someone else to begin filling in current info.
