I will see about editing the content boxes. This is just a very nice template system for characters. It maintains a wonderful index as well.

kinship field... and updated template

...needs to be modified so that if it is left empty no category at all is listed, right now it lists Category: Members and all variations of it if users put "none", "n/a" or other things in the field... --Xander 00:10, 22 April 2007 (PDT)

I've done some work on the current template mostly putting in "gender" instead of "sex", adding other banner {{PC}} (in line with my kinship banner {{Kinship}}) and working on categories for kinship...
If noone objects I would like to switch over to new one (or update this one), my beta template is over at {{pcbeta}}, so if you have any further suggestions or additions, now is the time... --Xander 08:11, 13 May 2007 (PDT)

a thought

"sex" should probably read "gender" - it would help avoid the "yes please" type answers - also, what should a Dwarf put in here?? DancesInTrees 10:12, 2 May 2007 (PDT)

technically there are dwarf women, devs chose not to let us play them, for lore reason, since they are very rare, but if you roleplay your dwarf as woman, what can stop you entering sex or gender as female/feminine or whatever it is you put in that field =P --Xander 10:27, 2 May 2007 (PDT)

Outdated European server list

The Eurpean server list is out of date. The official list, available here, is:

[EN] Snowbourn, [EN] Evernight, [EN] Eldar, [EN] Gilrain, [EN-RP] Laurelin, [DE] Morthond, [DE] Maiar, [DE] Vanyar, [DE-RP] Belegaer, [FR] Sirannon, [FR-RP] Estel.

Done, thx for the alert DancesInTrees 06:53, 13 May 2007 (PDT)

Please update for Siege of Mirkwood

Please add the new servers and the new player classes to the template descriptions --RingTailCat 07:35, 28 September 2010 (EDT)

Please add these worlds to the template page:

Dwarrowdelf
Riddermark
Crickhollow
Imladris

Please add these character classes to the template page:

Rune-keeper
Warden

RingTailCat 17:45, 21 May 2011 (EDT)

Done. The template would still accept them, they were just missing from the list. Added the new EU worlds as well. Amphoras 09:33, 22 May 2011 (EDT)

Parameter "rank"

Please don't use that parameter (yet). It doesn't work properly and I'll replace it as soon as I have a nice solution. --EoD (talk) 08:37, 22 April 2012 (EDT)

Cleanup

I cleaned that template a bit up, but for further cleanups I need to change some appearances. For instance, the header got darker and the "World" is not bold anymore. Here is the old one vs the new one. If there are no complaints in the next days, I'll introduce the new code here. --EoD (talk) 12:36, 22 April 2012 (EDT)

July 2021 Updates

The template has been updated to support High Elves and Stout-axes, thanks Drono. The template has also been updated to support every world even some of missing closed ones just in case. --Oakheart (talk) 19:31, 2 July 2021 (UTC)

The Template has been updated to support the upcoming Brawler class while no info on release date has been given yet. I wanted to get the template ready. So if you do make a page and list brawler as your class it will now get categorized and be properly supported.--Oakheart (talk) 08:37, 18 July 2021 (UTC)

Missing nocat Parameter

This is one of the few templates that tag for categories and is missing a nocat parameter. The code is protected so I am disallowed to fix that, so if someone with authority to do that could please do their duty? — Zimoon 16:47, 23 June 2022 (UTC)
