Tooltip for items in {{Lootbox}} that do not have Lotro-Wiki pages yet, mostly for style benefit.

Usage:

Used by {{Lootbox/Row}} automatically if the item does not exist on WoWWiki

Can be used directly: {{Lootbox/Missing|<Item Name>}}
