Usage

This template is for use on all landmark pages. The inputs for this template are:

  • name: The name of the landmark. Default: none
  • type (optional): Whether it's wilderness, a building, mountain, lake, or statue. Categories include Ettenmoors Keeps, Ettenmoors Outposts when placed here. See below for "types" that automatically tags the page for a category.
  • region: The region name. Default: none
  • area: The area name. Default: none. If area equals region only the region is displayed.
  • settlement: (optional): The name of the settlement containing the landmark. If area equals settlement only the settlement is displayed.
  • map: The map name for use with the location tooltip. Default: none
  • NS: The North/South value from the ;loc command in-game including either N or S at the end. Default: 0.00N
  • EW: The East/West value from ;loc command in-game including either E or W at the end. Default: 0.00E

Optional Parameters

  • nocat: Any text will prevent the page from being tagged for any category by this template
  • otherLoc: Any text will tag the page for [[Category:X Other Locations]] instead of [[Category:X Landmarks]], where X is, in this order: "settlement", "sub-region", or "region". That X category must be tagged for [[Category:X Landmarks]] or similar. See Other Location for its purpose.
  • sub-region: The area name. Default: none. Must only be used for an area that contains an uncommonly high number of landmarks, if even then. This will tag the page for a category ([[Category:<sub-region> Landmarks]]) and that category must be tagged for [[Category:<REGION> Landmarks]].
