Template:ImbuedLegacy

This is the template documentation for {{ImbuedLegacy}}. It is transcluded from Template:ImbuedLegacy/doc and may be directly edited there.

Usage

This template is used on pages which define post-imbuement legacies on imbued legendary items. If a legacy exists both pre-imbuement and post-imbuement, it should be on two separate pages, using this template for the post-imbuement version and the {{Legacy}} template for the pre-imbuement version.

Pages using this template should following the naming convention Legacy name (Imbued Legacy). If there are multiple lines in the legacy name, concatenate them with "and" in the page name (i.e. "Do Not Fall This Day Cooldown and Rousing Words Healing (Imbued Legacy)").

Parameters

mode

(required) Leave it set to {{{mode|}}}

arg

(required) Leave it set to {{{arg|}}}

disambigpage

(required) Full name of the page

stat

(optional) 'Y' or any value if this is a Stat legacy, otherwise leave blank or remove for a Class-specific legacy

class

(optional) Name of the class to which this legacy applies (do not link - it will be added automatically). If not specified it will default to 'Any' for Stat legacies.

slot

(optional) "Main-hand Weapon", "Ranged Weapon", "Carving", "Tools", "Emblem", "Rune", "Belt", "Book", "Songbook", "Rune-satchel", or "Javelin", corresponding to the slot of the item to which this legacy applies. If not specified it will default to 'Any' for Stat legacies.

traittrees

(optional) Names with links of the trait tree(s) for the skill(s) that this legacy effects. If the legacy affects multiple skills, identify which skills correspond to which trait trees.

description

(required) A description of the effects of this legacy (be specific). Link skill names if appropriate.

preimbue

(required) Link to the pre-imbuement legacy that this legacy replaces (even if it has the same name, link to the non-imbued version page).

t1stats

(required) Stats for this legacy at tier 1

t2stats

(required) Stats for this legacy at tier 2

maxtier

(required) Max tier of the legacy without using any empowerment scrolls or levelling it pre-imbuement

maxstats

(required) Stats for this legacy at the current max tier

finaltier

(required) Final (maximum attainable) tier of the legacy

finalstats

(required) Stats for this legacy at the final tier.

How to Document Imbued Legacies

In order to properly document the tier 1, tier 2, max tier and final tier stats for legacies on imbued LIs, you must have a level 100+ character of that class. Then follow this procedure:

1. Slot a brand-new level 100 legendary item of the appropriate type (weapon or class item, can be any age/quality)
2. DON'T level the item at all (leave it at level 1 so the Max Tier is correct)
3. Go to a Forge-master NPC
4. Select the option to imbue the item but don't imbue it yet
5. While still in the imbuement panel, mouse-over each of the three legacies on the item and freeze their tooltips on-screen by hitting H
6. Imbue the item
7. Open your Legendary Items panel and select the legendary item you just imbued
8. Click Replace Legacy in the bottom-left of the Legendary Items panel
9. Mouse-over each of the legacies under "Available Legacies" on the right side and hit H to freeze the tooltip for each
10. You should end up with tooltips for all possible legacies, and all should have the proper Max Tier and Final Tier. It should look something like this: [1]
