Merging with Main Entry

The format for locations now says quests should be listed within the main entry for the location. I'm working on doing this as part of a major update of the main Rivendell entry, currently in a sandbox. This page is far from complete; getting the list right will involve checking all the NPCs for what quests they give, which will be easier when I've listed all of them in the new main Rivendell entry.
