Effect Information
This effect is applied to player characters by the mini-boss Telemnar in the instance the Silent Street. It can be removed by disease removing skills or potions. If it expires, it will spawn a damaging field on the ground where the player was standing, which will affect players with the 
Dark Plague debuff.
