This quest appears to be removed for the 2013 Anniversary event.
Has anyone observed it this year?

- Yes, it was removed in 2013. Basically because of the elimination of "specific" items from the store and their replacement with Mithril Coins.
- The quest, Lost Invitations, now recycles with the expenditure of 5 of Mithril Coins.
