Introduction

We are a non race specific, non class specific, ever growing kinship on the Arkenstone Server committed to enhancing the playing experience through honor, trust, loyalty and comradery. We strive to maintain a friendly environment, and have no requirements to be met for admittance. There is only two tasks that are ever appointed anyone, officers are asked to be ever so watchful in trying to find new recruits, as well as helping to monitor what goes on within the Kinship, we do not tolerate lying, begging, disruptive/childish behavior nor do we spam for recruits. Everyone helps with questing when we can and are never shy about crafting items for our Kinsmen and Kinswomen. While we will help, we also encourage every member to quest with as little higher level help as possible in order to learn there class to the best of their ability. All services that members of KOTDO provide are not intended to ruin the integrity of the game. Our kinship is here to be a resource for fun, help and knowledge, and we strive to keep it that way!

Brief History

While beginning the LOTRO experience Ankron and Shadiwyn joined 4 or 5 Kinships, and couldn't find one that suited them. Every Kinship they tried had to much drama, and to much childish behavior, so in-turn they put their heads together and created Knights of the Divine Order. Putting emphasis on honor, trust, loyalty and comradery in hopes to make a well suited drama free LOTRO environment!

Goals

We don't set goals for our Kinsmen and Kinswomen, we believe in free play! Although the ultimate goal of KOTDO is to provide a fun, drama free environment to enhance the LOTRO experience. No one in KOTDO is higher than any other Kinsman or Kinswoman and will never demand anything out of anyone, simply help if you can, want to, or have time. Although it is more fun to quest with a fellowship and easier to level if you fellow with the same people alot, so there are always group events that are being organized whether it be a lower level instance or a Rad Run in Moria.

Recruitment

KOTDO is always looking for new recruits and resources, however we do not spam for recruits, we simply ask people that we run into while we are questing with the thought that this gives for better quality people and a more controlled invironment.
