Saw this in AH the other night, have no idea where it's dropped from. There's a LOTRO Lorebook entry for it with different stats, so I'm assuming it's scaled, but it lists a ton of places it can be dropped from. Any help would be appreciated! Garabrand (talk) 10:22, 29 December 2012 (EST)
