- Many of the large Shire-holidays, fairs, and communal festivities are coordinated by an appointed Farthing-planner in accordance with the Shire Book of Festival-law. Some fests and banquets however are organized by the township and not by the Farthing-planners. Yule is such a feast, intended to bring together the community."
