This is the first lightning skill you get, and one of the more powerful. However, it has a cooldown, so it can only be used every few seconds in a fight. This skill and Shocking Words, used together, should be able to eliminate about a third of a normal creature's morale (if you are on level with it.) +2% damage per battle attunement
