Introduction

Synergy is a small raiding and PVP kinship made up of sociable players who enjoy the challenge of beating the end-game content. We keep our numbers small to encourage a friendly atmosphere and so that we know our raiders inside and out. This also allows for every member to raid on a very frequent basis, whilst catering for those who wish for the evening off.

We are players who enjoy the satisfaction of learning and mastering new content and doing it well, rather than the material aspects of the game, although we pride ourselves on gearing and tinkering with our characters to push them to their very limit.

At Synergy we like to have fun in our raids but also ensure we recruit skilled and dedicated active players who make this experience possible. It is important for us to relax and have fun to balance the seriousness that end-game kinships requires.

Kinship History

A new kinship on the scene hoping to become an end-game raiding kinship who also is active in PVP.

Recruitment

Synergy are looking to recruit a small team of dedicated and skilled raiders in order to beat the end-game raid content. We also actively recruit anybody who wishes to be involved in the PVP side of the game.

Anybody wishing to join Synergy must be a sociable and likeable personality, who possesses the ability to play well in a team and in raiding content. All raiders will be respectful of others in the raid. We expect all applicants to know their class well and also have a good understanding of group mechanics and how other classes work alongside them.

All applicants must possess Ventrilo and be able to listen and communicate over it during raids. Members must be able to listen and take instructions whilst providing input in order to better our tactics.

For anybody wishing to apply for a raiding spot, we expect all raiders to be:

- Level 65 
- Have relevant virtues all on level 10 
- All DPS classes to possess at least a second age level 65 weapon 
- To have jewels and gear that permit high end raiding 
- To have available all of their traits, including legendaries, for their class, in case called upon to slot in raids
- Some raiding experience in LOTRO
