Duplicate?

This is clearly the image that appears on the main page for News and Updates...though I cannot find any mention of the file in the coding for the main page...is it somehow referenced in a different way or is this a duplicate img? This leads to a bigger issue potentially...if this image IS used, it is not referenced in either the File usage nor on the Special:WhatLinksHere page, and is a target for deletion --Savi (talk) 21:02, 26 February 2014 (UTC)

I believe all of the front page images are composites. I haven't looked, but would guess that they are/were built and are either directly in the css or part of a different image. The entire Front-page was completely re-done by User:Gwenwyfar (I believe)
