I wouldn't call this a bug - MediaWiki markup doesn't seem to have a way to start an ordered list on a certain number. It should work just fine if you use straight HTML, though -

4. Fourth
5. Fifth

The # and <li> just create two list items right after each other, which is why you see the extra first line above. Hope this helps somewhat! Sethladan 00:42, 22 June 2011 (EDT)
