Trolls show up throughout the landscape of The Trollshaws. They are found in higher populations at Barad Glamgil, Gladdalf, Minas Agor, Nurath, Ost Thondol and the dungeons of Nan Tornaeth. During nights many trolls stroll the roads. The trolls are elite monsters.

Tip: when doing Volume I, Book 4 quests, clear all 3 troll caves, while inspired. Rinse and repeat until complete deed (don't use quest item in the end of last troll cave, because you can't activate inspiring anymore).
Tip: Barad Glamgil has a really fast re-spawn rate. You will go up essentially 2 hills to the top area, then down 2 hills. Take your horse back up and those at the top should have re-spawned. Completed with 44 Capt & Herald Archer in ~ 1.5 hours.
