Does anyone know if this quest still exists (and the corresponding titles) ... especially in this form?

There is a Deed in Eregion: Ring-lore of Eregion which is still in-game.

Aha.... The Bounder's Bounty is bringing it all back.... back in the pre-relase of Mines of Mora days....

We had to collect 70,000 pieces of Ring-lore for Elrond.

For how long did the event run?
