... is lvl 22 a bug ... tool tip actually shows significantly less power cost -- 34 -- than progression would imply. I did submit a bug report on it.

If you mean Morale cost and you didn't have Awareness of Body slotted, then the numbers definitely don't match up - nice catch. Sethladan 21:34, 30 April 2012 (EDT)
