For my main, my numbers added up to 90 per day for many stated as 100 (except /hug, /confused, and /bored), 33 for /cower one, and 85 for /flirt. I'm not sure if it changes by class/character or what not, but I am now testing 5 per day on all (2 per day on cower and surrender) for new characters. I have 4 days complete out of 18 to 20.
