Hi All!

So, I'm new and I've mostly been making Lore-Master creature stats changes to several pages, based on what was already there/not there. In the case of "Bloodmaw", I've come across a small problem and was hoping that someone might be able to help me out. While I noticed that Bloodmaw's creature stats have already been filled in by a Lore-Master, I also have stats recorded for Bloodmaw. Everything is virtually the same, except for the mitigations.

I know that the "Help: Creature" guidelines say that "If you play a Lore-master and find a page where your LM are closer to the creature level than previous read, please update the page with new readings as the closer level the better readings." But in this case, I was level 73 at the time, while the previous inspector LM was level 69. Bloodmaw is a level 71 creature. As for the changes, the previous inspector LM noted that "Common, Fire, Light, Shadow, Lightning, Beleriand, and Frost Mitigations" were Remarkable, while "Ancient Dwarf Mitigation" was Good, and "Westernesse Mitigation" was Superior. In the stats that I read, "Ancient Dwarf" was still good, but every other mitigation type was Superior. What should I do?

It's a toss-up. When you are of a lower level then the creature, the various mitigations and other stats will tend to be stronger than you are. When you are of a higher level, they will tend to be weaker. In this case, both observations are +/- 2 levels: 69 - 71 - 73. That might mean that both observations were actually identical, but that Turbine had "tweaked" the creature's stats in-between observations! Which is something that happens regularly, and we have no way to know if it has happened. So, it boils down to how much typing you feel like doing. The newer (more recent) observation might be more accurate, we simply do not know.
