This trait is a reward for completing the legendary book Lore of the Blade.
Sword and Staff
With this trait equipped a Lore-master does more damage in melee combat, and gains additional morale and parry rating, based on the Lore-master's level. The Lore-master does not need this legendary trait equipped to wield a sword in their off hand - that is an ability granted by the passive skill of the same name, Sword and Staff.
