Tactical Information
This reduces the cooldown on Deep Breath to 7.5 minutes, allowing it to be used much more often. As Deep Breath eliminates the cooldown on Thrill of Danger, Guardian's Pledge, and Warrior's Heart, this is a useful trait for any Guardian who often finds themselves in sticky situations. However, it being in The Keen Blade trait line reduces its utility for a Shield-bearer, as the trait set bonus will not often be useful.
