The Minstrel weapon legacy Still as Death Cooldown and imbued legacy Still as Death Cooldown and Song of Distraction Cooldown decrease the cooldown of this skill by up to 2 minutes.
Tactical Information
This skill removes all threat from you and removes you from combat. However, when you stop the channel and there are enemies around you, they will be aggroed by you as normal. So be careful and do not use this skill in a spot where enemies are spawning or patrolling.
The racial skill 
Hobbit-silence does the same, but requires more power and has a longer cooldown.
