Location
Starved Kilpa-kitas can be found within Ost Dunhoth in Enedwaith[75.1S, 19.7W]. Three of them spawn in Gortheron's Forochel wave, and one during the last wave with adds of all the instances.
Tactics
Even though these tigers are officially "neutral", they will run into fight immediately and hit very hard (at least in T2). They have Bloodlust and can therefore not be kited. They will also receive Bloodlust when kept dazed. If they cannot hit anyone under influence of Bloodlust, they will get Frenzied and hit insanely hard. Their fur turns into orange when Frenzied.
