The trait Relentless Optimism from the Hands of Healing line will increase the healing done by this skill by up to 15%.
The trait Rallying Roar from the Hands of Healing line will increase the healing done by this skill by up to 10%, and will also trigger 
Rallying Cry: Now For Wrath when used during an Enemy Defeat Response
Effects
Using this skill will cause Rallying Cry to occur on fellowship members within 30 meters.
