Doubled Quest Incarnations

This quest and its double Quest:There's No Place Like Home seem to both exist and furthermore, they exist for the four different homesteads and they equal each other except minor locality nuances. Don't ask me how that happened, nor when, nor why. The "apostrophe" version seems to be the new one as far as my research goes -- and indeed I have done that homework ;) -- hence I merged the content to one quest rather than the confusion of having them in parallel. I hope we may all agree, or let us hear the arguments without arguing :P
