Not a quest anymore?
It says it is offered by 'Hunter Trainer' however, I am level 70 and it is still not being offered. I found it bartered for 50 mithril coins or so, but I want to know if the quest is still usable.

- I have no idea if it was ever offered by a Hunter Trainer. I do not recall that at all. I just recall it as a class quest - I have it showing as level 51.
- It is logged under Hunter. And it appears that the companion quest is [50] The Swiftest Arrow is Learning which is associated with Fenton Marshley in Archet.
- I don't know if it is a follow-on quest from him or not.
- Aha found the answer -- the walkthrough and notes is simply "confused." Look at the "view History" and you will see a note about "Flambard" who turns out to be Flambard Took -- and yes, Flambard Took IS a "Hunter Trainer" in Bree.
- However, he is not involved, I checked. The quest now starts with the elf in eregion. It needs updating to the elf in eregion. It does NOT begin with Flambard Took

- I updated the quest for the correct quest-giver and opening text. The name of the quest itself has apparently also changed at some point, so I fixed that as well. This quest is not to be confused with either Quest:Lay of the Land (Mirkwood) or Quest:Chapter 1: The Lay of the Land. I cleaned up all the links that were incorrectly pointing to this one, and left Quest:Lay of the Land as a deleted page for now, so it will show up as a red link if anyone tries to link to it. -- Elinnea (talk) 19:12, 23 January 2018 (UTC)
