Rúmil smiles at you, and then speaks in Elvish.

Welcome, my friend. I understand you are to help me with the watch, but everything seems to be quiet. The orcs have, wisely, it seems to me, chosen not to come here and test my prowess. A pity.

I thank you for the offer to help, but I do not have need of it for now.
