- After completing the final year 10 quest, decode the Scrap Paper to arrive at the location of the final quest giver.
- The 10th scrap of paper gives you the order in which to arrange the other scraps, '... it seems to be ... 971624835 ...'
- Arranging the scraps in that orders yields a set of coordinates: [23.8S, 57.5W] to an island in Starmere Lake, whereupon one finds a Standing Stone.

Walkthrough & Notes
|
- Wink at Bogbereth. Bogbereth is the Poisoned Queen of Himbar, Torech-i-Bogbereth [13.0N, 25.5W]
- Congratulate Draigoch, who can be found within the raid Draigoch's Lair in Enedwaith. You cannot target and emote him until the last phase of the fight, where he has been knocked down. Note that you must have 6 people to complete this as you cannot get to the bottom of the Draigoch's Lair without 6.
- Dance for Dúrchest. Dúrchest is the first boss encountered within the 12-man instance Barad Guldur in Mirkwood.
- Curtsey for Durin's Bane. Durin's Bane can be found within the raid Ost Dunhoth in Enedwaith. The raid's mechanics require at least 6 players.
- Meditate with Gortheron's Golem. Gortheron is the final boss in the raid Ost Dunhoth in Enedwaith.
- Hug Nornúan, found within the Filikul instance in The Water-works. [16.4S, 113.7W]
- Make sure Saruman knows that he is crazy. Saruman can be found within the raid The Tower of Orthanc in Isengard. He is the last boss of the instance, and only there reacts to the crazy emote, not during his earlier appearances in the preceding rooms.
- Pose for Thaurlach. Thaurlach is the final and most difficult boss found within The Rift of Nûrz Ghâshu (Raid).
- Wave to The Lieutenant of Dol Guldur, the final boss of the 12-man raid Barad Guldur in Mirkwood. He is briefly seen earlier in the quest instance [63] Instance: The Exchange but does not appear to respond to the emote while both inactive or active. You must use the wave emote before the start of the final fight, while having his mount, Morskor, selected. This counts towards the quest, even though technically you don't have the Lieutenant selected. Selecting the Lieutenant mid-fight and doing the emote does not work.
- Flirt with the Mistress of Pestilence, the final boss of the raid Dâr Narbugud.
- Stare at The Watcher, found in the Vile Maw.
- Flip for Thorog. Thorog makes its first appearance in the quest Instance: Fire and Ice and afterwards awaits challengers inside the 12/24-men raid instance Helegrod in the Misty Mountains. [17.7S, 9.3W] - You must have completed The Gate to Thorog deed to have access to Thorog.
