Matuga used to be on the left side of the Goblin-Town Throne Room instance. As of update 13, he has been moved outside the instance, so it is now necessary to run there from the Slave Pens.

Quest Text

Bestowal dialogue 'I remembered where the key to my cell is, <race>... on the belt loop of Matuga, the torturer, 'Matuga was called to the throne room by the Great Goblin. It is at the centre of Goblin-town, <race>. 'You will need to go there and kill Matuga, if you are to collect the key I need.' Background While you were hunting trolls, Oghûk remembered where the key to his cell resides. Objective 1 Talk to Aeglas at his cell in the Goblin-town prison Aeglas is in his cell in the Goblin-town prison. Oghûk told you that the goblin-torturer Matuga has the key to his cell secured on a loop on his belt. Something in Oghûk's voice is disconcerting, however. You should return to Aeglas. Oghûk: 'Get the key from Matuga. He is on the way to the main hall with the Great Goblin.' Aeglas: 'It surprises me not that the goblin's tone is laced with menace. They are wicked creatures and cannot be trusted. 'Yet, I think that the goblin truly fears for his life and thinks that he might yet earn his freedom or escape his own demise. It is likely that his information of the key's location is true. 'You will need to go to the heart of Goblin-town and find this Matuga. Kill him and obtain the key. Return it to me, and we will see about freeing the others and testing Oghûk's resolve.' Objective 2 Collect the Jail Key Matuga is on the way to the Great Goblin's throne-room at the centre of Goblin-town. Aeglas distrusts the goblin Oghûk's intentions, but he does not doubt that the goblin believes that the key is with the torturer. Aeglas agrees that you must search the Great Goblin's throne-room for Matuga and the key. Aeglas: 'If Oghûk is correct, you will find this torturer, Matuga, on the way to the Great Goblin's throne-room.' Oghûk: 'Get the key from Matuga. He will be on the way to the Great Goblin's main hall.' Objective 3 Return the key to Aeglas at his cell in the Goblin-town prison Matuga is on the way to the Great Goblin's throne-room at the centre of Goblin-town. Aeglas distrusts the goblin Oghûk's intentions, but he does not doubt that the goblin believes that the key is with the torturer. Aeglas agrees that you must search the paths on the way to the Great Goblin's throne-room for Matuga and the key. Aeglas: 'It appears the goblin was telling the truth. We are close now to escaping this place. You have my thanks for all you have done thus far, <name>.'
