Objective 1 Defeat Orcs in Faltor Gâm (0/10) Infected Orcs can be found in Faltor Gâm, in central Agarnaith. You should defeat Orcs in Faltor Gâm. Objective 2 Talk to Faeron Faeron can be found at Viznak's Hideout. You should talk to Faeron. Faeron 'Good work as usual, <name>. I'm still perplexed by the behaviour of these Orcs. Who is inspiring such worship and sacrifice? Does the disease evoke this strange reaction only in Orcs and Trolls, or will Rhadrog lose his wits as well if we don't cure him with haste? This is all quite puzzling....'
