Walkthrough & Notes
Enter the cave at [60.8S, 13.1W], walk counterclockwise and always keep left... This way you will easaliy find all tourches, extinguish 8 of them and report back to Amarion. Be aware of the Elite shadow-wolves, they have about 20k Morale and take a while to kill (solo). It's advaced to also take the quest Midnight Hunters, because you'll find enough shadow-wolves to slay inhere.

Bestowal dialogue 'Our attempts to stop these Shadow-wolves have borne no fruit thus far. 'The source of their evil must lie within the caverns in the Black Dens. If you can find your way into them and destroy it, we may gain some respite from their relentless hunt. 'Go now, and may the Valar watch over you.' Background The Shadow-wolves of the Black Dens are clearly no ordinary wolves. Some spirit of evil empowers them and guides them. Objective 1 Find the source of the Shadow-wolves' power The Black Dens lie to the south-east of Echad Dagoras. Amarion has asked you to enter the Black Dens and find the source of the Shadow-wolves' power. Objective 2 Shadow-torches can be found throughout the caverns of the Black Dens. You should douse the torches within the Black Dens to break the strange enchantment that summons forth the Shadow-wolves. Objective 3 Talk to Amarion Amarion is at Echad Dagoras, north-west of the Black Dens. You should speak with Amarion.
