You can travel to Minas Tirith, After the Battle by using the teleport horse at the Great Gate, just outside the City Stables of Minas Tirith [65.5S, 16.9W]. This quest unlocks after completing Volume IV, Book 6 of the Epic Story. You must have Kindred reputation with Defenders of Minas Tirith to receive this quest. Quest Text

Bestowal dialogue The Battle of the Pelennor Fields is at an end and Gondor has seen victory on this day. However, the city of Minas Tirith has succumbed to much death and destruction. Imrahil, Prince of Dol Amroth, has summoned you to his side as he begins the task of rebuilding the White City. Background After the Battle of the Pelennor Fields, Imrahil has summoned you to aid the great city of Minas Tirith. Objective 1 Take the horse to Minas Tirith, After the Battle The horse to after-battle Minas Tirith can be found in the Threshold of the City, or in Minas Tirith pre-battle. Take the horse to after-battle Minas Tirith so that you may meet with Imrahil. Imrahil can be found just outside the city walls of Minas Tirith Objective 2 Speak with Imrahil Imrahil can be found just outside the city walls of Minas Tirith. You should speak with Imrahil. Imrahil: 'Ah, <name>, I am glad you were able to come so quickly to aid the efforts here. There is much to be done.'
