Overview

Melee offence rating determines how much damage your melee attacks deal. It can be improved by adding extra Might and by direct bonuses on gear. The exact amount of melee offence given per point of Might depends on your class. Melee offence rating is converted into a percentage before it is used to calculate your damage. The formula for this is the same one used for Critical Rating. Note: the damage increase granted by melee offence rating cannot exceed 30%.

  • % = Melee Offence Rating / ((1190/3) * Enemy's Level + Melee Offence Rating)

Just as with Critical Rating you can also work out how much melee offence rating you need to reach a certain percentage:

  • MOR = ((1190/3) * Enemy's Level * %) / (1 - %)

Melee Offence from Might by Class

Different classes receive different amounts of melee offence rating per point of Might.
