This item was available during Yuletide Festivals from 2008 to 2011, then reintroduced in Yule Festival 2016 with the Update 19.2 - December 19, 2016, replacing the Festival Token that never fulfilled its role of being the 'single festival currency' / 'new unified token' as intended in the Update 9, Against the Shadow - December 17, 2012.

This item is the main barter item for various rewards such as cosmetics, housing decorations and mounts.
