 Location

This mount can be bartered for 60 Festival Tokens and one Golden Festival Token.

Barterers are Will Peartree (Horse trader at Hengstacer Farm in Bree-land),
Dawson Berwick (Yule Festival Horse Trader at Winter-home in Frostbluff), and
Alex Grey (Vendor at Winter-home in Frostbluff).

It seems that this mount is only available for Mithril since Yule Festival 2014/2015
