Usage
Note this item does not work as described in the tool tip. It doubles the amount of rep earned, until 1,000 rep has been gained (for a total increase of 2,000). (It does not add 1,000 to each earning until depleting some "bonus amount".) Upon use, the Acceleration bar at the bottom of the rep panel will fill with the value, then subsequent rep gained will subtract from that value, while at the same time applying double rep.
