This mount is available during Summer Festivals since 2010, and the Farmers Faire from 2020 onward.

This mount is also sometimes available in the LOTRO Store for 1195  .

Additionally, this mount can be chosen from within a  Pick a Mount reward. This reward has the chance to drop from within most old lockboxes opened with a  Sturdy Steel Key. These lockboxes are still available for purchase in Lalia's Market in Bree.
