Item Information

This item was introduced during Anniversary Celebration 2012, when it was awarded to accounts created on or before June 30th, 2007.

As with most other account-level reward items, each character on the account receives it. An attempt is made to place it directly into their inventory upon their first login after the reward is applied. If there isn't enough room, the system will try again on each login until successful.

Subsequent characters created on the account will also receive it. If necessary, new copies can be created with the /reclaim command.
