- The trait Perplexing Proposition in the Mischief-maker trait tree reduces the cooldown by 25s.
Interactions
Equipping the Area Effect Target Count Tracery on your Legendary Item can increase maximum targets up to 7.

Addle, 
Riddle or your Fellowship Manoeuvre skills are on cool-down.
Using the skill Subtle Stab will reduce the cooldown for this skill.
