Feint Attack by completing the deed A Guide to the Quiet Knife, and requires the 
Practiced Bluff class trait to be slotted in order to use the skill.
Tactical Information
Mischief must be disabled if you want to use this skill.
If your weapon has the legacy called Feint Attack Cooldown, the cooldown on this skill can be decreased by max. 45s. resulting in 15s cool-down. This is a very useful Legacy for you Weapon.
In addition to that; you should use 
Surprise Strike (if possible together with 
Aim) directly after this skill as it acts as though you were attacking out of stealth.
Using 
Escape Clause will reset the cool-down for this skill.
