This skill was granted to all races when a Hobby-horse, which had a small chance to drop from Sack of Presents during Yule Festival 2012 and later, was consumed. It can only be used in "safe" zones such as within the walls of Bree-town or Esteldin, but not in the wild or in less safe communities such as Ost Guruth.
