After using Double-edged Strike this skill will be available. It's a useful skill to put on Elite Creatures as it applies a nice DoT. If your weapon has the legacy called Lucky Strike Cooldown, cool-down on this skill can be decreased by max. 45s, resulting in a cool-down of 15s.
Using Escape Clause will reset the cool-down for this skill.
