Gísli Strongclub

Description

Gísli Strongclub is a Game-master who during Anniversaries is found inside the Festival Arena, entered directly from Thorin's Gates or from Thorin's Hall Inn.

Tell me about the 'basic' quest.
'The basic version of this event will require you to impress us all with your amazing strength.

'You will receive a mighty dwarf-club from me, should you choose to participate, and you may use this club to bash your fellow competitors all about the arena. If you do this enough times to impress me, I will even have a nice reward for you!'

You will only need to knock players around in the basic version of the quest. Simply target a nearby player and use the item. Getting knocked out of the arena will not fail the quest, and you do not need to collect the Glorious Beer, but feel free to hit anyone going for it!

Tell me about the 'intermediate' quest.
'The advanced version of this event will require you to impress us all with your amazing strength and balance.

'You will receive a mighty dwarf-club from me, should you choose to participate, and you may use this club to bash your fellow competitors all about the arena. If you do this enough times to impress me, without being knocked out of the arena, I will even have a nice reward for you!'

In the advanced version of the quest, you will need to be careful not to leave the arena at any time. Try to maneouvre away from other players who may be able to knock you out of bounds. You will still need to hit enough players: simply target a nearby player and use the item. You do not need to collect the Glorious Beer, but feel free to hit anyone going for it!

Tell me about the 'expert' quest.
'The expert version of this event will require you to impress us with your amazing strength, balance, and determination.

'You will receive a mighty dwarf-club from me, should you choose to participate, and you may use this club to bash your fellow competitors all about the arena. Most importantly, you need to collect the Glorious Beer without being knocked out of the arena. If you manage to achieve all of this, the greatest rewards will be yours!'

In the expert version of the quest, you will need to collect the Glorious Beer which will randomly appear on one of the tables. Be careful not to leave the arena at any time -- try to stay away from other players which may be able to knock you out of bounds. You will also still need to strike other players: simply target a nearby player and use the item.

Hint: Knock away a player who is going for the beer, then grab it for yourself!
