This skill does not stack with Frost-lore of other Lore-masters.
Tactical Information
Frost-lore is a great skill for reducing tactical damage dealt by enemies. Note that there is no use spamming this on all enemies you encounter: the majority of enemies only deal melee and/or ranged damage. It is mostly sorcerer-like enemies and some (not all) bosses that deal tactical damage.
