Fasach-larran is an area within Angmar in the south-western region. North of Aughaire, where most travellers stay for a while, lies these barren fields surrounded by mountain sides to the south and west. Only crawlers, hill-beasts and wargs are wandering the dreary plains, though some locations are now occupied by drakes as well as orcs, and the orcs have also set up camp in several caves. Some old tombs is, however, occupied by quite some different spirits. Furthermore, two large caves are occupied by large populations of orcs, Bûrzum Pushdug and Morfil.

At the centre of Fasach-larran lies Fail-á-Khro, where a number of Hillmen of the Trév Gállorg tribe have set up camp. They are the few who have not fallen under the sway of Angmar and while negotiating with corrupt tribes they slyly raid the numbers of the Enemy. At Fail-á-Khro is also the only service of this area found, a Camp Site Fire. Skirmishes that take place within this area are all handed out at Gath Forthnír.
